Shipping, Refunds & Returns
This page explains how ART-GAL handles delivery, cancellations, returns, refunds, and artwork that arrives damaged or does not match your order. ART-GAL is the online studio of Galyna Antonenko in Porto, Portugal.
Shipping and delivery
Available delivery methods, destinations, charges, and any delivery estimate are shown at checkout before you place an order. We will send order and delivery updates to the email address provided during checkout. Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are accurate.
Unless another delivery period has been agreed with you, applicable consumer rules generally require delivery within 30 days. If an unexpected delay occurs, we will contact you and explain the available options. Risk in the artwork passes to you when you, or a person you nominate, receives it, except where the carrier was arranged by you independently.
Please inspect the parcel when it arrives. If the packaging or artwork appears damaged, photograph the parcel and the artwork, keep the packaging, and contact us promptly at galyna3.dp@gmail.com.
Changing or cancelling an order
If you need to change or cancel an order before it has shipped, email us as soon as possible with your order number. We will try to help, but an order that has already been dispatched may need to follow the return process below.
14-day withdrawal right
For eligible online purchases, EU consumer rules generally give you 14 days from delivery to tell us that you want to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. To exercise this right, email galyna3.dp@gmail.com with your order number and the artwork you are returning. You must then send the artwork back without undue delay and normally within 14 days after notifying us.
Unless the artwork is faulty, incorrect, or we have agreed otherwise, you are responsible for safe return packaging and the direct cost of return postage. You are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the artwork and its characteristics.
The withdrawal right may not apply to artwork made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you. Mandatory consumer rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are not affected.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number, photographs, and a description of the problem. We will work with you on the remedy required by applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or a refund where appropriate.
Refunds
When a refund is due, we will normally refund the payment method used for the order. Where the law requires it, the refund includes the standard delivery charge you paid; an optional premium delivery charge is not refundable beyond the standard option. We may wait until the artwork is returned or you provide evidence that it has been sent back, whichever happens first.
