Payment Information

This page explains how payment works when you purchase an artwork from ART-GAL.

Available methods

The payment methods currently available for your order are shown at checkout. Availability can depend on your country, currency, device, and the payment provider’s rules. The total price and any delivery charge are shown before you submit the order.

Payment processing

When you choose a payment method, the selected payment provider processes the transaction and may ask for information needed to authorise or protect the payment. Follow the provider’s secure instructions. Do not send full card numbers, security codes, or payment passwords to ART-GAL by email.

Order confirmation

After checkout, we send an order confirmation to the email address you provide. An order may remain pending until the payment provider confirms authorisation. If payment is declined or cannot be verified, the order may not be accepted and no artwork will be dispatched until payment is confirmed.

Currency and charges

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may apply exchange-rate fees or other charges outside ART-GAL’s control. Any additional delivery charges or options are shown before you confirm the order.

Payment problems and refunds

If you see a duplicate charge, an unsuccessful payment, or a payment that does not match your order, contact us at galyna3.dp@gmail.com with the order details. Refunds are handled according to our Shipping, Refunds & Returns policy and normally use the original payment method.

Security and privacy

Payment information is also covered by our Privacy Policy. ART-GAL uses reasonable safeguards, but payment-provider and internet services can experience outages or security events outside our control.
