Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use the ART-GAL website or buy an artwork from ART-GAL, the online studio of Galyna Antonenko in Porto, Portugal. Mandatory consumer rights always take priority over any term that cannot lawfully limit them.

Artwork listings

We describe artworks, dimensions, materials, availability, and prices as accurately as possible. Original paintings and prints are physical works, so colours may look slightly different on different screens. A listing may be removed or marked sold before an order is accepted.

Orders and contract

You place an order by completing checkout and submitting payment through an available payment method. We may contact you if information is incomplete, payment is not authorised, or an artwork is unavailable. A contract is confirmed when we accept the order and send an order confirmation. If we cannot accept an order, we will explain and refund any payment taken for it.

Prices and payment

Prices and applicable delivery charges are shown before checkout is completed. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and are subject to the payment provider’s authorisation process. You must provide accurate billing and delivery information.

Delivery, returns, and faulty goods

Delivery, withdrawal, return, refund, and faulty-goods rules are explained in our Shipping, Refunds & Returns policy. Those rules do not remove mandatory statutory protections.

Custom work

If we agree to create a work to your specifications or clearly personalise an item, we will confirm the scope, price, and timing before work begins. Made-to-order or clearly personalised work may be excluded from a statutory withdrawal right where applicable.

Intellectual property

Artwork images, text, branding, and other website materials belong to ART-GAL, Galyna Antonenko, or their licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or commercially use them without written permission. Buying a physical artwork does not transfer copyright in the image or the artist’s wider work.

Website use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit unlawful material, or attempt to access another person’s account. We may suspend access where necessary to protect the website or customers.
